Adequate nutrition is a fundamental right of every human being. • Improving the nutritional status of people is one of the prime duties of the government and is an essential factor in improving their health status and the quality of life.
In order to reduce/control nutritional problems, the GON needs to take various measures based on the following important principles: • HUMAN RIGHTS: accesses to nutritionally adequate and safe food and services for nutrition education are the rights of each individual.
