Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern for Basic Hospitals of 5, 10 and 15 bedded Hospitals

The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) Nepal has approved the Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern for Basic Hospitals of 5, 10 and 15 bedded Hospitals. The Ministry of Health and Population circulated the organizational structure and staffing structure for the basic hospitals of local level 5, 10 and 15 through the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration to all related local levels.

5 Bedded hospital Organization

• Medical Superintendent
• Clinical Services: OPD, Emergency, Inpatient, Hospital Pharmacy
• Diagnostic Services: Laboratory Unit, Radio Imaginary Unit
• Hospital Management: Administration Unit
